Regarding deposits and withdrawals

〈Deposit to your wallet by bank transfer〉

The reflection of payments from April 29, 2021 (Thursday) to May 5, 2021 (Wednesday) will differ depending on the bank you are using.
※Please note that the remittance on Saturdays and Sundays will be reflected according to the remittance reception time of both the remittance source and the remittance destination banks.
※If customer support is not required for deposit work, we will respond in order from May 6th (Thursday).

〈Deposit to your wallet by bank transfer〉

We are accepting work requests even during the holidays. Estimated deposit will be 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests are expected to be crowded around the Golden Week period. We will respond in sequence, but it may take longer than usual.
Please request to go to work with plenty of time.
